Robert Anderson

Bob was born December 13, 1952 at Sioux Falls, the son of Orlen and Carol Ann (Nelson) Anderson. He grew up in Sioux Falls and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1971. He attended Augustana College, graduating with a degree in accounting. Bob was united in marriage to Pam Aulner on June 6, 1975 at Christ the King Church in Sioux Falls. He was employed at Kearns Machinery in parts sales which later became Butler Machinery. He was with the company for many years. Bob played slow-pitch softball when he was younger. He was a volunteer at Catfish Bay for a few years while his son was part of the ski team. He enjoyed following local sports teams, especially the Sioux Falls Stampede. He was a talented carpenter and had recently remodeled his kitchen and began finishing the interior of his garage. He is survived by his wife, Pam; two children, Becky and Danny; his father, Orlen (Shirley) of Sioux Falls; three siblings, Don (Jean) of Sioux Falls, Dick (Deb) of Michigan, and Laurie (Scott) Timmer of Sioux Falls. He is preceded in death by his mother and grandparents.
