Vincent Kraft

Vincent Roger Kraft was born March 26th, 1943 to Richard and Evelyn (Sordrager) Kraft in Portland, Oregon. On June 13th, 1963 he married Patricia Ann Shook. To this union were born three children, Donald Kraft (Deceased), Robert (Angie) Kraft, Sioux Falls, S.D., Pamela (Chad) Boheman, Valley Springs, S.D. His grandchildren, Ivy Kraft, Ashley Hansen, Jacob Lee, Caleb Lee, and Tasha Boheman. Vince served in the Army from 1960-1966. He worked for the City of Sioux Falls for 30 years. After he retired, he resided in his home in Valley Springs where he spent his time taking care of his acreage. In his free time, he loved to go fishing, hunting and spending time with his family and his friends. Vince passed away September 7th, 2012 at the Avera Dougherty Hospice House. Vince had been on home hospice since October 2011. Left to mourn his passing are 2 children, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and his siblings, Rick (Pat) Kraft, Bruce (Ada) Kraft, Clair (Elva) Kraft, Curt Kraft, Lana Koester and Karen Kraft. His lifelong friend David (Melinda) Muhmel and many other friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Kent Kraft and son Donald.
