Dorothy Loebig

Born in Iowa City, IA, she graduated in 1952 from Britt High School, Britt, Iowa where she was the class homecoming queen and band majorette. Married to Al Loebig of Wesley, Iowa, they had 5 children together: Michael (Vicki) Loebig of Texarkana AR, Larry Loebig of Sioux Falls SD, Suzanne (David) Potratz of Sioux Falls SD and David Loebig of Sioux Falls SD. She was also foster mother to Scott Parsons of Seattle WA and Calvin Carriger of Hampton, IA. She was blessed with 9 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Al, and her son, Stephen (Chief) Loebig of Nashville TN. She will be is greatly missed by all that knew her.
