Linda Hackworth

Linda Eileen Hackworth, 74 passed away on March 1, 2023, after a 9 month battle with metastatic lung cancer.  Linda was born December 27,1948 in Sioux Falls, SD to Arnold and Mildred Williams. She lived in many places before finally calling Sioux Falls her home.  She married Timothy Hackworth on May 2, 1970 and started their family. They had 3 children, Tracy, Michelle, and Timothy II. 

Linda had worked different jobs she waitressed and the Nickel Plate, she worked at Lewis Drug in the Money Room. She loved working as a CNA, her last job before retirement was a CNA with Good Samaritan.  

When she retired she bought a house in Ihlen, MN. She was busy working on the many hobbies she had, gardening, canning, crocheting, quilting, and jewelry making.   

Linda is survived by her husband Timothy, her 3 children, Tracy, Michelle, Timothy, her 5 grandchildren, Tayla, Tracey, Timothy III, Heidi, and Tayton.  

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Arnold and Mildred, and her brother Melvin.
